I write a lot about mental health. It’s like I’m a therapist or have bipolar disorder or something.

Like yoga. Yoga is good for the brain. Unless you have dogs who really want to help with your inner peace…

Sometimes I write very seriously about a variety of things that happen in my life that are challenging. For instance, in 2017, I really struggled.
